Join the BAF Team – Here are just a few of the roles required to create the festival. Do you fancy getting involved?

Front Of House

This is your chance to get hands on with all our festival events. Tasks might include setting up for events, selling tickets for events or collecting information from our audience members.

Technical Support

Roles may include setting up sound systems for events. Operating equipment.

Blog Distributor

Community thoughts are what make BAF a success and its what drives our planning of events so we’d love to keep our audience up to date with whats going on before, during and after each event. If you are interested in blogging and would like to contribute please get in touch. Blog posts might include documenting events or interviewing artists.

Artist Assistant

These may include helping artist build displays/set up their exhibitions, moving artworks, liaising with venues and coordinating events on the day.

Programme Distribution

Distribution of all publicity e.g. programmes, banners, posters.
